Frequently asked questions

Can I download the videos?: At this moment, we don't allow downloads of videos. You still have access to the videos anytime as long as your subscription is active.
Can I cancel my subscription?: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. You will still have access to PRO contents till the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I change my subscription?: Sure! You can do that from the subscription section in your account settings.
Can I get a receipt?: Yes, a receipt will be sent to your email address after subscribing. Also, you can see a list of all your receipts from the subscription section in your account settings.
How often is LearnTailoring updated?: New contents are added every week. Do check back often to find new content.
Which currencies do you support?: We currently support just 2 currencies: Naira and US dollars. If you visit the site from Nigeria the default selected is Naira, from anywhere else, the default is US Dollars, however, you can manually switch to either of the two though.
